Konsultant Growth is the independent practice of Ivica Panic, based in Serbia. I'm the controller of the personal data this website handles, and you can reach me at io@konsultant.io. This page explains what the site collects, why, and the rights you have over it. It reflects how the site works today; if that changes, this page is updated.

What this site collects

Analytics, session insights and company identification load only if you accept cookies. The contact form, booking links and fonts work without consent.

  • Analytics (only if you accept). Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures how visitors find and use the site. Google processes usage data — pages viewed, device, approximate location and IP address — and sets cookies to do so. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Session insights (only if you accept). Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — so I can see where the site is confusing. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
  • Company identification (only if you accept). Matches visitors' IP addresses to the companies they belong to, so I can see which businesses visit. It identifies organisations, not named individuals.
  • Contact form. If you send a message, your name, email, company and message are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers it to me by email. The form uses hCaptcha to filter out bots, which processes limited technical data for that purpose.
  • Booking a call. "Book a call" links open Calendly, which processes the details you enter (name, email, scheduling) under its own privacy policy.
  • Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • Analytics, session insights and company identification: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time (see Cookies).
  • Enquiries and bookings: to respond to you and take steps you've asked for before we work together; if we do, to carry out that work.
  • Spam protection and fonts: my legitimate interest in keeping the site working and free of abuse.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiry emails: 24 months after our last contact. If we work together, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics is set to keep event data for 14 months.
  • Other: kept for those services' standard periods; see their policies above.

Cookies

Apps set cookies only after you click Accept on the banner. Calendly and hCaptcha may set their own cookies when you use them. The site also stores your theme choice and your cookie decision in your browser; these are needed for the site to work and aren't used for tracking.

You can change your decision at any time with Cookie settings (also in the footer), or block and clear cookies in your browser.

International transfers

Several of the services above are based outside Serbia and the EU, mainly in the United States. Where data leaves those regions, I rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where they're certified.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent — email io@konsultant.io and I'll action it.

Third parties

The services named above process data under their own policies. Beyond them, I share your data with no one and never sell it.
